All ingredients must be vegetarian & organic, so be sure to replace chicken stock with vegetable stock in all of your recipes. Please avoid using processed foods, such as mayonnaise (try yogurt or soaked raw nuts in your dressings) and margarine. In an effort to reduce eating too many empty calories, pastas, rice, and ingredients for bread should come from whole grains as opposed to white flour. Sugar should be limited and natural when possible. There are at least 2 peanut allergies within our group, so never use peanuts, peanut oil, or peanut butter in your recipes, even though some of the recipes listed on this site call for them (substitute a different nut butter!) Recipe Ideas
The recipes listed here are simply examples if you get stuck trying to brainstorm what to make. As we go along we can devise a more interactive system of sharing recipes and letting each other know which creations were too delicious to eat just once!
